1. Who we are
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the AngrySysOps Lab website and related services (the “Service”), available at lab.angrysysops.com. References to “we”, “us”, or “our” mean the operator of AngrySysOps Lab.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under the age required by your jurisdiction to consent to online services, you may use the Service only with involvement of a parent/guardian.
3. The Service
AngrySysOps Lab provides educational quizzes, training labs, and related IT learning content. Content is provided for informational and educational purposes only.
4. Accounts and authentication
Some features may require authentication using Google OAuth. Where applicable, we may use Google OAuth to verify eligibility for gated content (for example, checking YouTube channel subscription status). We do not post or act on your behalf.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Attempt to bypass access controls, paywalls, gates, or subscription checks.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach security measures.
- Abuse, disrupt, overload, or automate traffic in a way that harms the Service or other users.
- Use the Service for unlawful activities or to infringe intellectual property rights.
- Copy, scrape, or republish substantial portions of content without permission.
6. Payments and third-party checkout
Some content may require payment or subscription. Payments may be processed by third-party providers (for example, Revolut). We do not store full payment card details. Refund eligibility, if any, will be stated at checkout or in any purchase-related instructions.
7. Intellectual property
The Service content, branding, and materials are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use the Service for personal learning. Any commercial reuse requires prior written permission.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your requirements.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of the Service.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
